Wedding

All of our wedding stuff began the Thursday before our wedding. We had tons of family and friends get into down that day and honestly I can't remember what all we did that day, but I think we were running errends all day!
Friday morning, all my bridemaids got in town and we all went and had mani's and pedi's. After that we went and got frozen yogurt and then back to my house to get ready for the rehersal.
The guys spent the day on the golf course.

The rehersal went by really fast and is a big blurr. We had our rehersal dinner at The Blue Cottage in Jenks. It had a very quaint, southern feel, which is exactly what we wanted. We had it outside and catered in BBQ.

The day of the wedding was suprisingly very calm. We did have to get up early to start getting ready. We were not allowed into the church until 9:00, so we had to do some of the bridesmaids hair and make-up at my house. My mom had all this food catered in and it was so much fun!

I didn't get any of my hair or make-up done until we got to the church. We were all done getting ready around 10:30 and we got dressed and then started pictures. We had the BEST photographer. If you are looking for a photographer in the Tulsa area- check out Destiny Photography. Not only did my pics some out better than I ever imagined- she made my whole day so smooth. She new exactly what she was doing and was by my side the whole day. She even did an amazing job on my bridals- which we taken about a 2 months before!

The ceremony started at 1:00pm and we had it at the First United Methodist Church in Downtown Tulsa. We looked at so many wedding venues and when I saw this I fell in love! Even Mitch's mouth dropped when we walked in. It is so pretty and I knew after looking at tons of places, this is what I wanted!

We had our reception at Tulsa Counrty Club and it was more than I could have ever imagined. My mom should be a wedding planner. She had every detail covered and there was so much uniquness to Mitch and I. It was perfect!

We left the reception and went to am historic hotel in downtown Tulsa, The Mayo. My dad bought us our room as a gift and it was amazing!!! It was like an apartment and it wa so fun to just turn our phones off and enjoy the start to our honeymoon!! We had to get up at 4:30 to catch an early flight to Jamaica!!!!
