Christmas 2010

I hope y'all had a very merry Christmas! I just love Christmas time, and I am sad it's over. Last year Mitch was able to spend Christmas morning with my family in Tulsa, but this was our first official Christmas married!  We were able to spend time with each family, which was so nice! We are enjoying it while we can, since in a couple of years, we won't have that luxury.

On Christmas eve morning, we went to Mitch's parent's house and had a delicious breakfast. His grandma and aunt, as well as Will and Michelle were there! I have missed Michelle living right down the road, so I enjoyed spending some time with her!

It was nice to see them all. We had our Christmas with them that afternoon and it was great! We had an early Christmas when we were in Memphis, so this was actually our 2nd Christmas! We got some great gifts... Mitch got his Play Station 3, and I think I doubled my golf wardrobe! Will and Michelle and Mitch's parents got me a bunch of Izod matching skirts/tops/jackets! I love them! I also got new Arkansas stuff. Between the shirts from Mitch's parents and the shirts Mitch got me... I think I got 5 new Razorback shirts... Ha! I definitely fit in now! We are also trying to get more stuff for our office and Mitch's parents got us some Arkansas stuff and these pictures.

I still have to go get them framed, but they are so nice and will go perfect in our office!
Later that afternoon, we headed to Tulsa! We got to my house around 4 and our house was packed with family. On Christmas eve, we always have a ton of finger foods and just hang out and play games.  We had more food than we knew what to do with, but somehow over the next few days it was eaten. We spent the night watching the Tulsa football game and playing cards. It was nice to be home for Christmas!

Christmas morning, we got up and my parents always make big breakfast. My dad cooked ham, my mom made a breakfast casserole, blueberry tart ring, and much more! It was so good! After we ate, we opened presents! We had another wonderful Christmas! We got clothes, shoes, and more stuff for our house! One of my favorite things I got were these pair of heels! I can't wait to wear them!

After we were all done, my mom brought out a red box for Mitch and I. We opened it and there were two small sacks, one for Mitch and one for me. Inside the bags were two CAR KEYS!! We we so shocked and ran into the garage to see it.

We got a new 2011 Honda CR-V!! My mom just recently got the same one, in black, so we have matching cars! When my mom got hers, I fell in love and kept saying how much I liked it and I can't believe they got us one!! My parents took my car about a month ago and said it needed to go in the shop, which it did. But I guess they just wanted to get us something more reliable, since mine was getting old.

I love smaller suv's and they are so practical. I never wanted to give up my old one because I loved the size! This shape reminds me a lot of my old car, but the inside is so nice and I love that new car smell! I just love driving it around!

Later that afternoon, we headed over to my grandmas for our 4th Christmas. Ha! Just one of the perks to being married! We had a big lunch and then played dirty santa. It is a family tradition that my grandpa always puts together. We opened more presents and spent the rest of the afternoon at my grandma's.

The next morning, we went and had coffee with Natalie, then I went shopping with my mom. That night I wanted to take Mitch to see the lights at Rhema. I go every year, and I can't believe I have never taken him. We had dinner at Teds, with Peter and Scotty, then all went out to see the lights!

This picture doesn't do justice, but there are so many lights!! We had such a good time and I always love spending time with friends while at home.

Monday we headed back to Arkansas and it took all night to unload and put all our stuff up. Mitch had to work these past couple of days and then we are headed back to Tulsa tomorrow for the wedding! I can't wait to see everyone!

A Country Christmas!

We had a great time in Memphis, but the second half of our trip was even better! Nashville was amazing and we loved it there! We had a lot of fun and did a lot of sightseeing!! The first thing we did was eat.. Ha! Early Saturday morning we drove around and just became familiar with the city. Our hotel was 2 miles from downtown and so it was a perfect location. We had heard a lot about this place to eat and everyone told us, if you go to Nashville... you have to eat here. It is called The Loveless Cafe and it was on the outside of Nashville, so we headed there around 10:30. I thought we were going to be way early, but it took us about 20 minutes to get there and then we had a little over an hour wait to eat! Everyone there said that wait was worth it and they had a lot of little shops all over the property, so it actually went by really fast!

They are known for their biscuits, but everything was good! Mitch and I watched a show on it before we left and they had a story on their biscuits and the famous "biscuit lady".

We weren't really expecting anything, but their biscuits we to die for!! They were so good... We ate one to many of them! On the show they talked a lot about their fried chicken, so thats what we both got, and well we weren't disappointed!

After lunch, we went to see the Parthenon. It is a replica of the one in Athens. It was really cool and we would recommend it. It cost a little bit to get in, but it was worth it. We went all through the museum and were amazed with everything in it.

The Parthenon was located in Centennial Park, so we went around that and it was so pretty. Not a lot of people were out since it was cold, but I can imagine it would be a busy place in the warmer months. After that, we just drove around, there were so many neat things to see. Since we are both huge country music fans, we were in heaven! We went and walked around downtown and there were tons of people there! It was such a fun atmosphere and we spent a lot of our time downtown.

That night we went to the Grand Ole Opry and the Opryland Hotel. It was sooo packed!!  It took us about an hour to get in and get parked! But once again, it was worth it. I had never been before, but going at Christmas was amazing. It was decorated with lights and trees everywhere!

We spend all night inside and I don't think we covered it all. It was huge and had so many things going on. Inside the hotel was crazy. It felt like you were outside with all the rivers and trees.

It was so cool. We had heard that going at night was the best time because of all the lights and stuff, and they were right.. it was so incredible. All of Opryland was destroyed by the flood, so to see it back and just the same was so amazing! It seemed like nothing had ever happened!
That night we went to dinner at a place called J. Alexanders and it was a really cool atmosphere! I didn't  get the best thing, but Mitch had a steak and it was wonderful! I would go again, but just try something different.
The next day was full of more sightseeing! We drove to a local area called Green Hills. They had a huge mall and it was a really fun area. There were lots of things to do and some unique restaurants. Since we had been downtown so much and we were eating their again that night before the concert, we decided to try a place in Green Hills for lunch. And then we just walked around the area and went and found Music Row. It was where all the recording studios and entertainment industries are located. It was neat to see, but we weren't that impressed. If we wouldn't of known we were driving through, we would of had no idea. It wasn't advertised well and the recording studios looked like old houses. But I guess it was neat to see. I tried to find Big Machine Records (Taylor Swift's recording company) but they had recently moved and we couldn't find a updated address. So we just found where it use to be.. Ha!

That afternoon we headed downtown and hung out there all day until the concert. Parking was crazy and so expensive, so we went and parked around 2 and didn't leave because we didn't want to have to pay again! We loved being downtown.. there were so many people, but it was so fun! Every store we walked by had some sign about Garth and we loved it!!

We waked around and did some shopping at the local stores and then went to the Country Music Hall of Fame! It was really neat... we probably could have spent a lot more time in it!

We decided to eat an early dinner because we haven't had less than an hour wait since we had been there. So we went at 4:30 thinking we wouldn't get seated until around 5:30. We got to the restaurant and it was packed!! We were glad we got their so early, but somehow we only waited 15 min and they called our name! It was nice to finally not have to wait, but we were going to be done a little earlier than expected!
Since we had some time to spare before the doors to the arena opened we stopped at a old fashion ice cream parlor. We mainly just wanted to get out of the cold and we had been in all the shops already and the only other thing downtown were bars. So went in and weren't even planning on getting ice cream, but the more we sat there, Mitch decided to get some. I am not the biggest ice cream fan, so I passed. They had very unique flavors and Mitch got Nutter Butter. I tried it and I loved it!! It was so good. I couldn't believe I liked it that much, so of course I then had to get some :)

During our wait we also shopped for our golf ball. We have a golf ball collection hanging in our office and everywhere we go, we get a golf ball. So we went and picked out one and we decided on the one with the Grand Ole Opry.

After ice cream it was finally the time we had been waiting for the past month!!!! The doors opened at 6 and we were there right at 6! We got in and walked around the arena, it was huge! We found our seats and then just had to wait. The show started at 7:30 and it was amazing! We were both so excited and I couldn't believe we were actually there.

I remember when Mitch and I first started dating, we got on the subject of music and it didn't take us long to figure out we were both huge Garth fans. We thought it was crazy we both liked him that much! I had went to one of his concerts when I was younger, so I would always give him a hard time, but I guess I can't do that anymore. I remember the concert when I was younger, but I don't remember the little details. I know I loved it, but the second time around was 10x better!! There was something about the concert, it was incredible. We were reading reviews on the concerts and Garth quoted, "If you are ever going to come to one of my concerts, this is the one to come to".  He is so passionate about what he does and the fact that all the proceeds went to the flood, I think he was even more excited to be performing for such a good cause.

Everyone from him, his band, and all the workers at the arena were working for free. They also had special t-shirts made for this concert and all the proceeds from them went to the flood relief as well.
When the concert started, Mitch and I were both freaking out. We had took bets on what song he would open up with and we both said Rodeo and we were right!

He started out with some old stuff, which we both really liked and then played a lot of his main hits. At around 9:30 he played his last song and left the stage. We all knew he would come back out for an encore, and of course he did. He played a couple more then left again. He came back out for a second encore with no band and just his guitar and took requests from the audience, which was so fun!! He played 5 more songs then left. Right as he was about to walk off stage he ran back on and thanked us for doing our part, and he had to hold up his end of the deal. He said at the beginning of the concert, as long as he could tell we wanted more, he would keep playing. The crowd went crazy and then he goes on to say, "I know it's a Sunday night and most of you have work in the morning, but for the people who could stay he was going to bring the band back out and do more songs"!!!

He talked a lot while the band was setting back up and they all looked really confused, like this was unexpected and we just thought it was an act. But Garth kept saying, I usually don't this and I am trying to talk so much so my band can calm down. He said we have already played all the songs we've rehearsed, so from here on out they were going to wing it. They haven't played together as a band in over 10 years, except for the songs they rehearsed. We couldn't believe he was going to play more. It was awesome and we loved getting to experience that!
I honestly don't have words to describe this concert, it was more than we expected! He announced that he was going back on tour around 2014 for one last big city-to-city arena tour. We were both so excited to hear that and Mitch has already decided we are attending several shows on that tour.. Ha! I am not going to complain, that would be awesome and I have no doubt we will really travel multiple times to see him!
I got these tickets for Mitch for Christmas, but I'm going to admit... I wanted them just as bad! Ha! Mitch booked our hotel in Nashville for longer than what I expected and took me to do some really fun things while we were there, so this was my Christmas present too! I enjoyed it so much and I can't wait 'til the next one!!!

Sorry this was so long, we had a great time and I didn't want to leave any of it out.
I took a lot of video at the concert,  so I thought I would share a few of them with you all! I hope you enjoy!

This is Friends in Low Places... I don't think I could pick a favorite that he sang, but if I had to this would probably be it!

This is Unanswered Prayers... Garth isn't singing and this is just the audience.. it sounds pretty cool!

This one is for my old roommate Katie... When I found out her and Tommy were dating, I would randomly play this song for her in our room... Ha! So I thought I would play it for her live now!

This is Shameless... it is one of Mitch and I's favorite songs by Garth!!!

These videos don't do justice for how loud and how much energy was in that arena, but I hope you enjoyed a little of what we got to experience this weekend!!

I can't believe Christmas is so close! We are spending Christmas Eve morning with Mitch's family, then heading to Tulsa that afternoon for Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas Day in Tulsa!! I can't wait!! Have a Merry Christmas and safe travels!

Walking in Memphis...

Hello!! Well we are back form our trip and it was even better than we expected! We left early thursday morning and headed for Tennessee.

Mitch's grandparents live in Memphis and that is about 5 1/2 hours away from us and about 3 hours from Nashville. So we thought that would be a good place to stop and visit so we wouldn't have to drive the whole 9 hours at once. His grandparents live right outside of Memphis on a farm, so its nice to be able to visit downtown Memphis, but also get away from the big city when you want. We got to their house Thursday morning around 11:30. We had lunch and just spent the day visiting with family.
Mitch's aunt, uncle, and cousins also live on the farm just right across the pond. It was nice to get to spend some time with them!

While we are they, we stay in the cabin. It is just right by his grandparents house, but is nice and relaxing to have our own place when we go visit. It looks right over the pond and it is such a pretty view. I don't know how I would like living out in the country, but every time I go here, it makes me want to!

That night, they took me to Mitch's old house. He was born in Memphis, but didn't live their long. It was neat to see his first house. After that we went to the square and it was all lit up with Christmas light. I didn't have my camera, or I would have taken a ton of pics. There were so many lights!! We walked around the square and went to some local shops before heading to dinner. We went to Corkey's BBQ and it was delicious! If you are ever in Memphis, you must make a stop to eat there! Best BBQ ever!

We both love BBQ and so this was a great dinner for us! Its crazy how good Memphis BBQ is.... I could eat it everyday! Mitch and I split the ribs and it came with baked beans and coleslaw. Yum!!

After dinner, we went back to the house and had our Christmas with his grandparents and cousins. We won't get to see them on Christmas, so we celebrated a little early. We gave Mitch's grandparents their calendar and they loved it!! We also gave the girls their presents. We all got matching watches!!

I have a white watch like this that Mitch got me this past summer, and I love it and wear it all the time. I have been wanting a black one so bad and I got it from Mitch's grandparents! They have them in every color imaginable... Lindi got a pink one and Emma got a blue one. We were all very excited!
Mitch's aunt and uncle also got us a pretty cool present!

Mitch's uncle made this for us!! It is so cute and is already up in our yard! Thank you so much! We love it! After we opened all the presents, we went over to his cousins house and watched A Christmas Carol.
The next day we just spent relaxing. It was Mitch's cousin Emma's last day of school and they were having a Christmas party, so Mitch and I went up to see her. After that we just relaxed and hung around the house. That night for dinner, we went to a local place called Wolf River Cafe, and it was good too! Mitch and I both got catfish and hushpuppies.
After dinner, Mitch and I were planning on going down to Beale St. but we were tired, and had to get up really early the next morning. We had also been down there several times and ended up deciding just to go to bed. We left for Nashville at 6:30a.m. the next morning!! We were so ready to be there!!
We always love going back to Memphis and can't wait for our next visit! We had such a good time! These are just a few of our pics.... the rest of them are all on facebook! Since this post is already long and I have so many more stories and pictures from Nashville and the concert I will post that tomorrow.
Have a good week... Christmas is almost here!!!

Tennessee bound!!

Well our trip has finally arrived!! We are so excited and can't wait to get there! Mitch was off work today, and we were debating on leaving today or tomorrow, so we figured if we got everything done we would go ahead and leave, and well we didn't. We woke up late and did our workout and it was already lunch time. So we decided we would wake up early, workout, and head out. This will be day 11 of p90x and we are really enjoying it. Getting past that first week was a relief.

This is me right after a workout when I found out we were going to wake up at 7:30am and workout before we leave in the morning. I was trying my hardest to be excited.. Ha!

Today we spent the day cleaning the house. I like to come home from a trip to a clean house. And later this afternoon, we made some snacks to take on the car ride with us. We both have been doing so good on our diet, but we decided to take a little break and enjoy ourselves this weekend.

We made chex-mix and puppy chow. I don't think we will be getting hungry on our car ride.

We spent the evening packing and watching Christmas Vacation. Best Christmas movie ever! We both have so much stuff and trying to get everything packed will be interesting.. Ha!  Here is Mitch finishing up packing...

Tomorrow our drive won't be that bad since we are stopping in Memphis. It is about a 5 1/2 hour drive and we are exciting to spend some time with Mitch's grandparents. We always love going to Memphis and we are excited to eat some bbq!! If you have never had Memphis bbq, you are missing out! Mitch's grandparents are taking us to Corkey's BBQ on Saturday and we can't wait! There are two famous bbq places in Memphis that you always see on the food network, Rendezvous and Corkey's. I have been to to Rendezvous and it will be hard to beat. It was literally the best bbq I have ever had! We will be in Memphis until Friday and then head to Nashville!! We have a lot of fun stuff planned, but the highlight will be Sunday night! We are finally seeing Garth!

We are going to miss seeing everyone at the wedding this weekend! We really wanted to be there! I hope you all have a great weekend and I am pretty sure we will enjoy ours :)

12 days 'til Christmas!

Hello! I hope you all are having a great weekend. Mitch and I had a pretty good week. He worked Monday and Tuesday and was off the rest off the week! After he works multiple days in a row, it is nice to spend time with him. Most people think he has it pretty easy since he may only work three days, then off three. But for those three days he does work, he leaves at 6am, gets home at 7:45, works out, has dinner and goes to bed. So I don't really get to spend much time with him. This week he works four days in a row, and the only thing I think getting us both through it, is knowing we are leaving for Nashville when he's done! We are so excited and have been planing what we are going to do/eat while we're there! We have looked up famous places to eat on the food network/travel channel and have some good ones picked out!! But if you all have any suggestions, we would love to hear them!

This past week was week 1 of our new diet/exercise program. We both always feel like around the holidays we eat way to much and thought it would be a good time to start a diet. We have both been wanting to start eating healthier and workout more consistently. So after we looked at tons of programs, we found one through the Mayo Clinic and it is perfect for both of us. It is a very realistic diet and lets everyone have their own unique plan. There is a main book with the diet plan and every food and its calories in it. And then it comes with a journal that goes along with the book and program, which makes things a lot easier.

It isn't one of those diets that tells you to cut out everything bad... because really that isn't realistic. It works on portion control and bases everything from the food pyramid. It gives you a limit to how much sugars, carbs, protein, etc you can have in a day and you can eat what you want just as long as you don't go over your limit. You also have to recored everything you eat and your workouts. Its been great and we both have found ourselves eating a lot healthier and turning down sugars. We both love fruit and always have a lot of it on hand.

This program has also made us more aware of what we eat and what we buy at the store. The diet is divided into two phases and the first phase is 2 weeks long, which is what are in now. It is suppose to be the hardest and it breaks you off all your bad eating habits and give you better ones. So what you can eat at first is very strict! Its been tough, but after these first 2 weeks, it gets easier.
We have also started up P90X again. We started it once before, but I didn't like it! Ha! I am enjoying it a lot more this time and I think maybe because last time we did it, it was summer, and I would have much rather been working out outside. But now that it is cold, this isn't so bad and is a great work out to do at home.
Thursday we went shopping for Angel Tree. We adopted a 12 year old boy named Christian. Mitch and I always have such a good time doing this and it was a lot of fun to shop for him. But the main thing he wanted was a bike! Mitch enjoyed picking out a bike for him!

When we got home, all of our calendars we made our grandparents had came in! They all turned out so good!

That night I finished up wrapping them while we watched the Grinch. I finally have all the presents wrapped and ready to go!
We have been trying to make healthier meals at home and they have turned out pretty good! The other night we made chicken fajitas with veggies and they turned out really good. We also used a spinach herb tortilla and we were kinda leery of it. I use them to make wraps a lot but we had never used them for fajitas, but it was very good! We also made salmon the other night and for the first time grilling it, Mitch did such a good job! It was delicious!!

After dinner, we were going to go ice-skating, but it ended up being too late. They put in a ice rink up on the square. It's so cute and they have a huge screen that they play movies on while you ice-skate. It was such a good idea and I hope we can find a time to go.  Mitch and I would go every year in OKC, and we always have a good time! But instead we spend the evening looking up more stuff to do in Nashville. We have found so many fun things to do, but I think we are most excited about the concert! Mitch and I have been on lots of vacations together, but this is our first real vacation just us two! We have been on little road trips with each other, but this is the first time we get to plan a big trip and experience it together. We love going on vacations with our families, but it has been exciting to do this for the first time just Mitch and I.
Mitch worked yesterday and I taught my last tennis class until next year! I enjoy teaching, but I just don't like that it is on Saturdays. I feel like we are always planning around it, since it is right in the middle of the weekend. But I get a break until January, so that will be nice. We are so busy these next few weeks! After we get back from Tennessee, we head to Tulsa for Christmas, and then we go back to Tulsa the following Thursday for New Years!! Mitch has a bachelor party New Years Eve... so I am going to get to spend the evening with one of my best friends and newly engaged couple!!!
So this brings me to a more exciting note.... my roommate from college got engaged this weekend!!! I am super excited for them! Congratulations Katie and Tommy! I am sad I won't get to see her this weekend, so you and Tommy need to make a trip to Bentonville in the near future!!

Last night after our workout, Mitch took me out to eat at Outback! We love going out to eat and usually try and go out on a date once a week. Since we are on the diet, it was a challenge to order healthy stuff, but it actually turned out pretty good. Our book that we are following suggested to ask the waiters at restaurants if they have any healthier options of cooking our food. So we ended up getting all our food cooked in oil and not butter. It tasted the same and needless to say we enjoyed our dinner!

Well I hope you all are having a relaxing Sunday. We have a busy, but exciting week ahead!

Oh and I was going to share one of my favorite Christmas albums with y'all! Mitch introduced me to them awhile ago, and I had forgot all about them! They are called Straight No Chaser and they are an acapella group that put a twist on songs. It is ten guys and they started out as a group of friends in college doing it for fun and one of their videos got out on youtube and they ended up getting a record deal. I am in love with their Christmas songs!! Look them up on itunes or  youtube!! All of their songs are awesome but, their version of 12 Days of Christmas is so cool!!

It's the most wonderful time of the year!

Hello! I hope you all had a great weekend! We had a very Christmas filled weekend :)
On Friday we literally cooked all day! But we enjoyed it... cooking together is one of our favorite things to do. That night we had Mitch's mom and dad over because we missed his dad's birthday, since it was over Thanksgiving. So first we baked a cake so it could cool all day...

And Mitch helped too!

It is a chocolate chip cake and it is my best friend, Natalie's mom's recipe. Mine didn't turn out quite as good as hers, but it was still delicious!

After is cools, you cover it with powdered sugar! And I just love having my cake stand to display it in. I didn't think I would use it much, but it is hardly ever empty!

We then started to make chicken lasagna, which is both, Mitch and I's favorite meal. It is so bad for you, so we don't make it often. And it takes forever! There are so many steps... it is the most complicated recipe ever, but very worth it!

Mitch has to make the majority of it. I have yet to try and cook this by myself...
Later that night we watched the Bentonville game. They were playing in the championship game against Fayetteville and Bentonville won!!! It was such a good game!

Saturday morning, I had to teach my tennis class until noon, and it was also the Bentonville Christmas parade. I was bummed I wasn't going to be able to go... but turned out my last class only had 2 girls show and so I was able to leave. So Mitch and I went and it was sooo cold, so we drove around to see if there was a place to watch it in the car, and we got lucky! We got a front row spot and could see everything perfect, while staying warm. Each float had a theme to it, and here were some of my favorites...

This one was "A Christmas Story" and was so cute!! It had the little boy with his tongue stuck to the light pole at the front of the float!

This was Mitch's dad's companies float. It was also one of my favorites! They did "Christmas Vacation" and it was pulled by a old RV and had a house with lights all over it! Most floats passed out candy and they passed out beanies! That was such a good idea since it was so cold!

And of course you can't end a parade without Santa!!

After that parade we had lunch and I was exhausted so I was going to lay down for a while.  That night was a dessert theater/auction at our church and we planned on going, but we got a call from my mom and they were going to celebrate my dad and grandma's birthday on Sunday for lunch. They didn't really expect us to come on such late notice, but didn't have a lot going on, and I will hardly ever pass up a trip back to Tulsa. I love it there and every time I go back I miss it more. So since we were in no hurry, we both took a nap and headed out about 4:30.

It was so nice to spend my dad's birthday with him. It actually isn't until Dec. 10th, but my grandma's is the 4th so we always do something in the middle for both of them. I am usually at school, because it always falls the weekend before finals, so I was glad to be home to celebrate with him. We had my whole family over and grilled out. I just love this time of year, especially since I get to be around family so much.
Sunday night we headed back to B'ville and had to make our weekly Wal-Mart trip. It was late by the time we got back, but it was nice because no one was there. On our way home, we went and drove through Pinnacle and looked at their lights. Mitch and I do this every year and this year we were kind of disappointed. The past several years it has been awesome and the best place to go look at lights. Every house is usually decorated so extravagant and has more lights than you can imagine..but this year they were slacking ha! There was one good street, but thats it. We are going to go back again in a few weeks to see if more people put up lights.
Speaking of lights... I finally took pictures of our house! Sorry the picture isn't that clear...

It was so much fun to do this for the first time with Mitch! I love having lights on our house, and we better enjoy it, because we will only get to do it one more Christmas before we move away to an apartment and wont be able to have lights on our "own house". But I am glad that we have these couple years to do all this fun stuff in our house.

Mitch and I have been trying to eat healthier, and so I have been making smoothies a lot and thought I would share my recipe with y'all! We have a huge blender, but we also forgot about out little blender we got. It is perfect if you just want to make one.

And the top part is actually the cup... so you make it and drink it all in the same glass. It makes it really easy.

I hope everyone had a good Monday! Mitch and I are starting p90x up again and I am not looking forward to our first workout tonight!

Here are a few recipes for ya...
