Happy FRIDAY!

It's Friday!! I have had a stressful week at work, so I am enjoying my friday by relaxing and doing a lot of nothing!
This past weekend mitch and I had nothing planned and it was so nice to stay at home. We haven't been able to do that in a long time and we have stuff to do every weekend until the end of September, but two weekends of that is our cruise so I can't complain!!

Since our cruise is right around the corner, mitch and I have a challenge of running every day until our cruise. We both enjoy working out on a regular basis, but running everyday it defiantly a challenge.  We have finally found our routine and it is becoming a lot easier.
Since I run and work out a lot anyways and then adding this challenge too... I needed some new running shoes, it was actually Mitch that noticed. So he took me to find some new shoes.
I usually get asics and I have always loved them, but I tried something new this time and am addicted! We went to Rush Running, it is a local running store in Bentonville. And they do something very unique and it really helps. They put you on a treadmill and video your feet as you run and then they put it on a big screen and slow it down and show you exactly how you run. Then they can tell you what type of support you need or if you put more weight on on the inside or outside of your foot? Then they can fit you for the exact type of shoe that will help according to they way you run. They found out on me that I need extra support in my shoe. So he brought out 4 different pairs and just had me try them on and eleminate them as I go. And i got down to the pair that felt the most comfortable.... This were the winners..

They are sauconys and I had never heard of them before ha. When we paid and got in the car, I looked at Mitch and said "I have never heard of these, I hope they are good" and he looked at me like I was crazy. Ha. He said they are really good shoes and they similar to asics where they are just a shoe company. I should have know by the price, ha but apparently I got some really good shoes! I would recommend them if you need lots of support.

Last Sunday after church, we took Bella to get groomed and we weren't thinking it would take very long, but when we dropped her off they said come back in three and half to four hours. We didn't know what to do with ourselves ha! If we would have planned we would have gone and played golf.. so now we know.
We were excited to get her groomed because after Mitch's dad was taking us out to take some pictures of us and Bella..
Well when we went to pick her up... lets just say I had to do a double take when they brought her out!
That is all I will say and just show you pictures..

Before...
After...

She looked ridiculous and was about 2 times bigger! They brushed out all her curl and made her extra poofy! It was so funny, but I was kinda bummed we had to take our pictures while she looked like that ha! But they turned out great and I will put some on here soon!!
But don't worry, after about a day of laying on it she is back curly and doesn't have a huge afro :)

This week was so busy for me. We had two our our biggest health fairs in the same week and I am so glad they are over. I love working them, but when they are over I realize how tiring the whole process is. I am thankful I have today off!

Today, we have a lot of little things to get done and then tomorrow we are driving to Jonesboro for a wedding.
Last night we watched FOOTBALL! Mitch should consider himself lucky because I actually love sports and especially football!! I cannot wait for football season to begin. With the cool weather last night and football games on it felt like fall! I am hoping we are done with this crazy heat and fall is on its way! There is really nothing like fall in Arkansas! I love everything about it!!

Bella is really starting to warm up and her personality is starting to come out. She can be a handful at times, but I wouldn't trade anything for having a dog. She brings so much joy to us and I can't believe I went my whole life without one. She is starting to bite a lot more, but she is going through the teething process. She is now in her 4th week of puppy class and can sit, do "watch me's" and lie down like a pro! This week we are working on our "take its" and leave its". She is the youngest in the class, but is doing the best! She is very smart and I am so glad we got her into these classes while she was still really young. She is doing great with potty training and she had got the bell system down perfect! She goes to the back door and rings the bell every time she wants to go out. She is also growing so fast!! She is on the larger side for only being 15 weeks, and everyone we see tells us how big she is for her age! We have a friend who has a golden doodle and she sent me a picture of her dog at the same age as Bella is now, and she was about half Bella's size. I think we are going to have a large dog here before long :)

So now I am going to leave you with some pictures...

I hope y'all have a wonderful weekend :)
