I am really bad about writing the post and not posting them... I wrote this Thursday. Knowing that, this post should make sense now. I promise I will get better :)
So this has been a crazy week! I feel like I am still trying to catch up on my sleep from last week/weekend. We didn't really have anything planned this week, but it was just one of those weeks that all the sudden turned out to be busy!
But the two big things this week were I had a lovely trip to the dentist and my sweet Bella had a birthday! We will start with the bad stuff first... my trip to the dentist.
So first off, there is nothing I dread more than going to the dentist, even if it is just for a routine cleaning. I literally get anxious about it and can't focus. I have had 2 cavitites, but they were both from when I had my braces on. They told me when I got my braces that it was going to be very hard to keep the very back teeth clean and since I had my braces on for 6 years, I ended up with two cavities when I got my braces off, on the very back teeth on each side on the top. So I went to the dentist for my routine cleaning about 2 weeks ago and they said the filling had been in there for such a long period of time it was starting to wear off. They said this was very normal for fillings and I had two choices.. I could get it refilled, which they did not recommend, becasue this would most likely happen again, or I could get a crown put on it and not have to worry about it again.
I was having lots of pain in that tooth for the past month and they really recommened I get the crown. I feel like crowns are for old people ha! So I wasnt to happy about this procedue.
I went and got it done yesterday and lets just say it reminded me all to well why I hate the dentist ha!They have to keep numbing me becasue I could feel everything they were doing, so I was numb all night, but Mitch did bring me home a smoothie :)
I took a pain pill and finally got to sleep. I woke up this moring and I am in a lot of pain! I am hoping this day goes by quick!
On a better note, Bella had a birthday this week! On Monday, she turned one! We didnt really do anything since we were just getting back from Dallas. While we were in Dallas, Mitch went an got her bones and a new bed! She loves her bed! I never thought she would actually lay in it, but she is in it all the time!! And then we had dinner at Mitch's parents Monday night and they got her a big bone! She keeps staring at it and cant wait to enjoy it :)
Thats about all the "fun" things happening around here. I am so ready for this weekend!! Mitch and I are both off and we are staying in Arkansas!! We usually alwasy travel on the weekend we are both off, so I feel like we never get to stay at home and enjoy Arkansas! Friday, we are celebrating Mitch's birthday and he picked to go to a local seafood place, Flying Fish. We love it and it is such a fun atmpsphere. It is right off the square and they always have all the windows/doors open! And they have crawfish, so we are excited!!! We talked about having a big crawfish boil for his birthday, but with the wedding things just got too crazy. So we are planning on doing one this summer, but if we dont get around it, we are going to do it next year for Mitch's birthday! So plan on coming, it will be tons of fun!
It is suppose to be in the 90's here this weekend yay!!!! So we are planning on golfing and going to a baseball game!!
